I went through a remarkable transformation - from being a bariatric patient to becoming a Behavioral Fitness Coach. It wasn't an easy road, but I never took the easy way out. I underwent bariatric surgery weighing 310 pounds because I needed an additional tool in my toolkit. Life after surgery was full of challenges, but it made me confront my unhealthy behaviors and make positive changes. Fitness became my hobby, and my mission was to become the best version of myself.
The passion and mission that I have now is to help others achieve the same goal. With a second Master's in psychology, certification as a personal trainer, and expertise in behavioral change, I guide individuals toward becoming the best version of themselves. Pursuing a Ph.D. in health psychology, I firmly believe that helping others change their behavior and improve their lives is my calling. I empower people to turn their temporary journey into a permanent one.
